Established for the sales of centralized lubricating system.
Started operation after acquiring the sales rights from Shibaura United Engineering Co., Ltd. (currently IHI Corporation), a manufacturer of centralized lubricating system for grease and WILLY VOGEL, a manufacturer of centralized lubricating system in West Germany (currently Germany). - October 1962

Established a Construction and Service Department for the installation of device, piping, and after-sales service.

Started self-manufacturing of lubrication devices and instruments, named these instruments “OMEGA”, and started sales. This enabled consistent business from design, manufacturing, sales, to construction.

Developed chain automatic oiling device for escalator through a joint research with Hitachi Co., Ltd. and Hitachi Elevator Service (currently Hitachi Building Systems Co., Ltd.). Applied for a patent to Japan, the United States, Canada, Germany, Britain, and Hong Kong, under the joint names of three companies. This device is called a "String Lubrication Chain Automatic Oiling Device", and is registered as a trademark. Started design, manufacturing, and sales of "String Lubrication Chain Automatic Oiling Device" for general industrial machinery.

Developed and completed a unified feeder equipment of IPA (isopropyl alcohol) for dampening water equipment upon the request of Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. Itabashi Plant.
Established Osaka Office in Nishi-ku, Osaka City.

Worked in collaboration with Nippon Steel Corporation (currently Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation) and developed large-scale chain oiling device for steelworks, using “P&F” chain conveyer within Kimitsu Works wire rid factory as a model. Named the device “Timing Intermittent Automatic Oiling Device for Mobile Body” and applied for shared patent with Nippon Steel Corporation.

Developed “Automatic Oil Application Device for Drawing Press” to apply lubricant to cut sheet of large-scales drawing press machine. Delivered this to automobile industry and relevant industries.

Demolished old company building. Completed new company building (five-stories high and made of reinforced concrete).

Developed and started sales of “Brush Luber”, which oils the chain through the brush without using power and only using the elevation difference.

Worked in collaboration with Toshiba Corporation's Elevator and Building Systems Company (currently Toshiba Elevator and Building Systems Corporation) and developed special control unit for escalator chain automatic oiling device. Applied for shared patent of this device with Toshiba Corporation's Elevator and Building Systems Company.

Worked in collaboration with Mitsubishi Electric Building Techno-Service Co., Ltd. and developed “Control Unit for Automatic Oiling Device”, which detects high humidity within the escalator using a humidity sensor and automatically oils to lubricate and prevent rust.Applied for shared patent of this device with Mitsubishi Electric Building Techno-Service Co., Ltd.

Developed, started sales, and applied for a patent of “Non-contact Type Ultra-micro ‘Timing Luber’”, which is an automatic oiling device for conveyance conveyer chains of automobiles, consumer electronics, and precision instruments, etc.

Developed elevator guide rail oiler through a joint research with Hitachi Building Systems Co., Ltd. Jointly applied for a patent to Japan, the United States, EU, and South Korea.
