Origin of Company Name

Nanshin Kiko Co., Ltd.
From 1950 on, Nanshin Bussan Co., Ltd., the predecessor of our company received the request of the government and started procurement and delivery of fishing boat, tugboat, truck, construction equipment, etc.
from private enterprises in Southeast Asia. The company name “NANSHIN” originates from our wish to develop our business together with the people of Southeast Asia. In 1961, the industrial machinery industry was developing dramatically and our company decided to also ride on the latest trend. Product line of corporation charter was revised to sales of equipment, and the company was renamed and established as NANSHIN KIKO Co., Ltd.

OMEGA
The omega mark Ω was introduced in December 1967, w hen the company started its self-manufacturing of lubrication devices and instruments. Sales started, after the self-manufactured instrument was named “omega” and registered as a trademark. The mark symbolizes the image of “smoothly connecting a machine and a machine”.
